Inclusive Mental Healthcare Services, LLC is a dedicated integrative mental health practice that addresses different mental health needs across the lifespan. We are trained to treat mental health disorders using a combination of therapy, medications, and spiritual support from the comfort of your own home.
Our goal is to make a difference by seeing the best in others when they cannot see it in themselves thus preventing the stigma associated with mental health.
When you feel like you do not have the mental capacity to take care of yourself let alone those around you; please remember we are here to support and provide the help you need. This is the reason why minds matter to us.

We treat anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, dementia, eating disorders, attention deficit disorders. We also provide spiritual support to those in need of spiritual care.

Elizabeth Tita, PMHNP-BC
Elizabeth is a licensed APRN in the state of Florida. Elizabeth completed her Associate degree in Nursing in 2014 and her bachelor’s degree in nursing in December 2017 at St Petersburg College.
Elizabeth has worked in a psychiatric inpatient care center since 2015 and is well versed in caring for clients with diverse mental health problems. She is experienced with working with both retired and active military patients, which helped her realize how critical it is to care for those who have served and those who continue to serve our Country.
Before working in the mental health field, Elizabeth had years of substantial experience providing detailed, patient-oriented, compassionate care to clients from 3 months to 106 years old, working as a home health nurse and Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing facility.
Elizabeth’s focus is to provide the best care possible to her clients and impact positive change in the lives of others by being an agent of change. Besides work, Elizabeth loves to spend time with family, friends, travel, and coordinate events.

Our Fees
Our Treatment Plans include the following Treatment Fees:
- Initial Assessment.
- Follow-Up Assessment.
- Chaplain Services (if needed)
We can provide a sliding scale fee based on your need.
What We Accept
We accept self-pay as well as payments from the following Insurances agencies.
Aetna, Cigna, United, Humana, Tricare, Medicare.
