Requirements & Opportunities

  1. Proof of Identity (i.e. Driver’s License, Valid Photo ID, etc.)
  2. Social Security card
  3. Certification (+skills), Florida License RN/HHA/LPN/PT/OT/SP
  4. CPR & First Aid
  5. TB (PPD) Screening Within six (6) months of application/Chest X-Ray (Valid for 5 Years)
  6. Physical Clearance
  7. Background Check
    All Staff will need FBI and Social Services Background checks.
  8. HEP B Vaccine/ COVID Vaccines / Declination Form
  9. TOVA
  1. Experienced Psych NP’s
  2. Psychologists
  3. Licensed Clinical Social Workers
  4. Addiction Counselors
  5. Registered Nurses (RN)
  6. Other Clinicians
  7. Administrative Staff
