[what we do]
Services We Provide
At Inclusive Mental Healthcare, we have a recovery-focused and person-centered approach to treatment. Our goal is to provide treatment programming that will help individuals to better manage their daily lives and improve their mental wellness. All services are also provided through Telehealth.
To that effect, here are the conditions we help treat:
Do you worry to the point that your mind can’t stop, and it is impacting your daily function? Feelings of fear, dread, and uneasiness that may occur as a reaction to stress. Someone with anxiety may sweat, feel restless, tense, and have a rapid heartbeat.
Do you constantly feel sadness and loss of interest, which stops you from doing normal daily activities? These are symptoms of depression.
Do you experience unusual shifts in mood, ranging from extreme highs known as mania or “manic” episodes to lows known as depression or “depressive” episodes. A person who has bipolar disorder also experiences changes in their energy, thinking, behavior, and sleep.
Do you experience feelings that affect how you think, feel, and behave? A person with Schizophrenia has a mental disorder characterized by disruptions in thought processes, perceptions, emotional responsiveness, and social interactions.
Do you feel restless, have trouble concentrating and act on impulse? A person with ADHD has differences in brain development and brain activity that affect attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control.
Do you feel like you are gradually losing mental abilities, such as the ability to think, reason, and remember things to the point where it is affecting activities of daily living? Dementia affects one or more brain functions such as memory, thinking, language, judgment, or behavior.
